The project consists of providing Health, nutrition & hygiene education to children and youth at risk of social exclusion.
The local partner functions within a holistic frame work, endeavoring to work with children and their family at every stage of their journey to reintegration. The organization advocates for crime prevention initiatives and works toward creating environments that are safe & healthy through supportive actions including sanitation, hygiene and nutrition practices.
Help local community to understand and develop good hygiene practices
Provide support, knowledge and resources for the local community to prevent disease and promote positive attitudes towards cleanliness.
Implement a health promotion programme that meets community needs, has clear and measurable goals, and is understandable by everyone.
Providing hygiene education to children and youth aged between 5 to 15 years old (E.g cleanliness, hygiene routines and activities, food handling, water treatment, etc...)
Creating engaging educational games & workshops to make learning more interactive.
Selecting hygiene behaviours to be changed, based on surveilance data and felt needs within the community, and make a plan for change.
Workshops content to provide hygiene education to the local community: Educational methods to be used.
Action plan for hygiene education answering questions like:
-How will community participation be mobilized?
-Who should the education be directed at (target group)?
-What should the content of the education be?
-Who should carry out the hygiene education to make it sustainable?
Healthy, nutritious and simple recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner to be shared with local communities

Length of program
All programs attract a Registration Fee of €279 on top of the Program Fee (partially refundable until 60 days before your program start date). A 5% international banking fee is added at point of payment.
