In this project, the arts meet society to inform, educate and transform girls and women of marginalized communities through dance, music and theatre. The goal is to give them the ability to express emotions, to build confidence, self-esteem and communication skills, relieve stress, and to encourage creativity and imagination.
To allow youth to learn, practice and rehearse; cultivating their inner creativity and natural talents in order to express their feelings and emotions, free from inhibition or rigid judgement from their society
To ensure increased self confidence and self assurance and to enable girls to cope with different situations and emotions
To orient girls and women about their fundamental rights and how to manage social and gender issues
To reduce early marriage and school dropout rates
Teaching music, painting, drama, poetry, crafts, dancing like zumba, ballet, jazz, or other dance forms.
Conducting life skills sessions and workshops on child rights, personal health and hygiene, peer education, and gender orientation for overall personal development.
Discussing and debating about the core values on issues that affect both the personal as well as community life.

Marketing plan and Business development plan to increase awarness and partnerships
Excellent communication and coordination within the team, empowering each of the members to be engaged in the project with an active role

Length of program
